I absolutely love this reformer Pilates studio! It’s a small, intimate space which makes every class feel personal and welcoming. Abi is amazing, so friendly, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping everyone feel comfortable and confident. The sessions are not only challenging in the best way, but also so much fun. I always leave feeling stronger, energised, and in a great mood. If you’re looking for a supportive environment with a fantastic instructor, this is definitely the place to go. I joined the candle light Pilates session with Abi in December, this took place in Linton church surrounded by candles, it was stunning! Abi led the session brilliantly and gave different options where needed. Just the hour of calm needed in the mad run up to Christmas!

I’m a beginner to Pilates and have always been anxious to try it so that’s why I chose a beginner mat class with Abi. She explained every movement so clearly, helped me adjust my position and was so welcoming and supportive! The studio is gorgeous too! What a great space. Abi gave such a warm welcome and was so friendly. It was my first class but I was made to feel that I was in safe hands. Abi kindly adjusted any movements that were not on form but also gave me confidence in what I was doing. I appreciate how she explained the movements and form so I could understand what was required. Thank you Abi so much and I look forward to attending more classes!
