It’s a small, intimate space which makes every class feel personal and welcoming. Abi is amazing, so friendly, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping everyone feel comfortable and confident. I joined the candle light Pilates session with Abi in December, this took place in Linton church surrounded by candles, it was stunning! Abi led the session brilliantly and gave different options where needed. Just the hour of calm needed in the mad run up to Christmas!

Abi kindly adjusted any movements that were not on form but also gave me confidence in what I was doing. I appreciate how she explained the movements and form so I could understand what was required.
